Becoming attuned to Usui Reiki is a wonderful gift. Anyone can learn and be attuned to Reiki. It can be transformational if you are following a personal growth path, while also allowing you to treat yourself, your friends and family with a Reiki session.
This first stage of learning, known as Reiki I, will teach you the history and development of Reiki, the basics for conducting a self-treatment and hand positions. You’ll also be attuned so that you can conduct a Reiki session on friends and family.
Reiki II expands on the knowledge gained at Reiki I as well as your own healing experience. You will learn how Reiki can work at a distance, symbols to enhance your healing, as well as the information you need to set up your own practice.
